Writer, curator, thinker, and Durham insider, Chris Vitiello, and I started sitting down for Durham conversations at the end of 2014 outside of Cocoa Cinnamon.

Durham is changing and we want to engage you, our citizenry, in a conversation about those changes.

We have set our Sights on the City.”

Our pal, filmmaker, Josh Hardt of Made with Hardt is running the production and making all the technical wizardry happen.

This week we go behind the scenes at one of the newest and hottest Durham culinary delights, the fabulous Dashi Ramen. This restaurant located at 415 East Chapel Hill Street, has two doors, one to a Japanese Ramen inspired restaurant and the other upstairs to the fabulous Izakaya bar. We got so much interesting footage that we split it into two episodes. Check out Part I here.

Follow us inside, Durham. We curate your City.
