Liberty Arts
Iron Pour
November 2016

At the Liberty Warehouse apartments, between Foster and Rigsbee avenues, the focus has been on the two-hundred and forty-six luxury rental apartments that will cast a shadow over the north end Durham’s Central Park. Sometimes overlooked in the hand-wringing; the deal made with the developers included preserving the Liberty Arts furnace in the park adjacent to the new apartments.

Friday night the power and pleasure that furnace can bring Durham were on display. Our friend, Stephanie Leathers, was there taking photos. See more of her terrific photography here and on her Instagram.
