40th annual Durham Centerfest


The 40th annual Durham Centerfest from the Durham Arts Council features 140 juried artists from 17 states, including 81 North Carolina artists and 17 Durham artists.

The Durham Arts Council proudly presents the 40th Annual CenterFest Arts Festival on Sept. 20th and 21st! CenterFest is North Carolina’s longest running juried outdoor arts festival. CenterFest remains in its historic location in central downtown Durham on an expanded site including Main, Chapel Hill, Morris, Market, Corcoran, and Parrish Streets in the Five Points and CCB Plaza areas.

Centerfest will also host seventy performing acts with scads of great music on six stages. There will also be a Kids-Zone, all kinds of food from local to international, and 40+ Durham area non-profit, government, and civic organizations on-hand.

Admission is a $5 suggested donation at the gate and is welcomed to support the festival and the arts programs and services of Durham Arts Council. Children 12 and under free.
